Dave Lombardo was awesome! We were buying in Center City from Florida and from our first contact to closing he was great. He went out of his way to accomodate our schedule for a visit--and was so incredibly helpful with all the things we needed done to close on the apartment. He provided us with excellent recommendations for a painter and plumber. When we were there for the closing and the condominium building didn't submit everything they needed to submit Dave worked overtime to make certain the mortgage company got what it needed. And, Dave gave us a whole list of restaurant recommendations that we can't wait to explore when we're in Philadelphia!
